I have been multiple times to Diamondback since I purchased my rifles a few weeks back. Being new in this sport/hobby, I felt a little insecure to ask the "right" questions. I visited Diamondback and right off the bat, the made me feel comfortable asking dumb questions that didn't make sense. They walked me through the process and suggested/gave me pointers on things I would've never known. They also installed at a reasonable price all my accessories and made modifications to make it right. It is the best store in town for a first time rifle owner or if you just have any questions, Kevin and his staff, are the nicest quality people in business. I highly recommend, and their prices are fair. Support small businesses, they are worth 5-15 dollars more on MSRP , why? because they will guide you on making the right choice.
Safety was the highest priority for the Diamondback team.
All instructors were very knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and encouraging no matter the shooter’s level or experience. They give honest and immediate feedback. You will learn what works and what doesn’t. You get to try and see for yourself why. Your mindset will be sharpened, your skill set will be increases (as well as confidence) and you will learn to use your tools effectively. On top of that, you will be coached on what to practice and how to keep your skills sharp without wasting time and resources. You will get out of it what you put into it. If you take your 2nd amendment rights seriously, please do the responsible thing and get yourself trained. It may someday save your life.
Had a problem with an AR I purchased in December. Made a factual post yesterday and today I heard from Shane (GM) regarding my experience. He invited me back to correct it and fortunately I was just down the street and did stop by. I will say UP FRONT that the general atmosphere I found today is much improved over my last visit and purchase. Shane made the matter right (on the spot) and I am willing to shop their store with the caveat that IF YOU BUY A BUSHMASTER AR, have it test fired BEFORE you leave the store. BTW I am still displeased with Bushmaster and their handling of the matter. That is a separate issue though. I would rate it a 5 but am calling it a 4 because of the earlier experience and only one return visit upon which to base my rating.
