Ammo matters

2016-05-13T13:50:44+00:00 By |Ammo|

Ammunition, ammo, bullets, there are many names for firearm projectiles. Projectiles have been used to hunt and fend off predators for as long as man and women have been around.  From the stones and rocks we would throw to the projectiles we “throw” from firearms today. Selection has always played a key part in ensuring [...]

CC Round Chambered or No?

2017-12-05T21:14:50+00:00 By |Training|

Working in a popular gun store and as a firearms instructor, I frequently address customers' concerns about concealed carry with a round in the chamber. Some are simply not comfortable with the idea of having a loaded gun on their person, especially with a round in the pipe. Others, myself included, opt. to train with their weapon [...]

Train the way you fight

2017-12-05T21:14:50+00:00 By |Training|

As a former soldier and law enforcement officer, I've heard that phrase countless times. “Train the way you fight, because you'll fight the way you've trained.” The intent behind such a motivational phrase is to intensify the level of training, to step it up a notch or two, prepare yourself for combat, and not just go through the [...]

It’s a Passion Thing By Tisma Juett

2017-12-05T21:14:51+00:00 By |Uncategorized|

When I look over my list of friends, I have a great mix of both male and female. Some are shooters and hunters and some are not. They are not against it they just have passions for other things. And we respect each other’s decisions. While having dinner with a group of non-shooting friends, I [...]

2017-12-05T21:14:51+00:00 By |Training|

Perhaps you've heard of the "Ford vs. Chevy" debate. In one corner, you'll have the die hard Ford fanatics, that love anything and everything Ford, and detest all things Chevrolet. In the opposing corner you'll have the Chevy crowd that mirrors the Ford corner. This debate has been raging for decades, and will likely continue to [...]

What a great service they do. I needed a gunsmith and he was the only person to help me. Everyone else was to backed up, Kevin fixed my revolver in under a hour at an extremely reasonable price. Large selection and very knowledgeable staff as well. The whole place is just a real class act. I wish everyplace ran their business like this place.

Came in to shop for and purchase my first AR. I’ve owned a lot of guns in my life but never an AR (aside from the military). I explained my circumstances to them and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. At the end of the day they I left with a new rifles and few accessories. The prices were reasonable, there’s a ton of inventory to chose from and the vibe was good. Looking forward to my next visit. Excellent crew🤙🏾

Most gun places you go to there’s always that one guy that knows everything and tells you what’s up, but I didn’t have that problem. Mentioned building an AR10 6.5 Creedmoor and was told immediately if they don’t have it in shop order parts from their online store when usually I’m met with “you should just buy one” or “stick with a .308”. Great staff, and customer service, even got hooked up with fingerprinting for concealed carry permit!
