Travis the gunsmith has worked on 3 of my firearms and did a great job on all. First time speaking with him for almost 2 hrs, he's extremely knowledgeable on firearms and hunting. The manager and the front desk folks were great and pleasant as well. I recommend Travis to all my buddies.

My husband and I are "newbies" with firearms, but we felt welcome the very first time we stepped into Diamondback. Everyone there is always so helpful, most especially Kevin and the owner Jim. They don't mind taking the extra time to explain something to a couple that is just getting involved in this field. Even if our questions make us feel embarrassed they brush it off like it's no big deal and turn our desire to ask questions from folks that have experience as a sort of respectable quest for knowledge. This has always made my husband and I feel more comfortable to seek out guidance again in the future, which is important when dealing with firearms. Everyone at Diamondback is willing to help you learn how to be safe and feel comfortable with our purchases. They also don't mind helping us obtain general knowledge on how to use what you already have, no matter where you purchased it. We have even taken the concealed carry course there and felt it was very informative and highly recommend it. Over the past couple years we have been going to Diamondback with our kids we have NEVER had a bad experience. We've done transfers and it's always worked out well. Even the cashier Martha is super friendly! Our family is one happy customer.

I went to Diamondback yesterday with my husband to buy a gun for myself. I walked up to the gun counter and was looking into a case. My husband walked around to the other side of the counters, also looking into the cases. Two employees were talking right next to me on the other side of the counter. Neither of them acknowledged me at all and when they were done talking one walked away and the other turned around, walked to the other side of the cases and asked my husband if he needed help. My husband had to point to me and say "No, my wife needs help. She is buying a gun." I was insulted, to say the least. Really?! Just because I'm a women you don't pay any mind to me??? Will NEVER go there again AND I will dissuade anyone from going to Diamondback.

The Rise and Fall of the Internet Commando

One of the unfortunate by-products of a rapidly growing “information age” and the ever expanding reach of the world wide web is the equally exponential sense of power, coupled with an apparent lack of accountability. If you’ve spent any amount of time online, particularly on any of the various social media forums, you have no [...]

Army’s New Service Pistol The Sig P320

Word on the street is the Army will be going with the Sig Sauer P320 as a replacement for the Beretta M9. Being a Glock fan myself, I was hoping Glock would be the Army’s next choice for a service issued pistol. I believe the P320 was the only truly “modular” pistol in the running. [...]
