My husband and I are "newbies" with firearms, but we felt welcome the very first time we stepped into Diamondback. Everyone there is always so helpful, most especially Kevin and the owner Jim. They don't mind taking the extra time to explain something to a couple that is just getting involved in this field. Even if our questions make us feel embarrassed they brush it off like it's no big deal and turn our desire to ask questions from folks that have experience as a sort of respectable quest for knowledge. This has always made my husband and I feel more comfortable to seek out guidance again in the future, which is important when dealing with firearms. Everyone at Diamondback is willing to help you learn how to be safe and feel comfortable with our purchases. They also don't mind helping us obtain general knowledge on how to use what you already have, no matter where you purchased it. We have even taken the concealed carry course there and felt it was very informative and highly recommend it. Over the past couple years we have been going to Diamondback with our kids we have NEVER had a bad experience. We've done transfers and it's always worked out well. Even the cashier Martha is super friendly! Our family is one happy customer.

I went to Diamondback yesterday with my husband to buy a gun for myself. I walked up to the gun counter and was looking into a case. My husband walked around to the other side of the counters, also looking into the cases. Two employees were talking right next to me on the other side of the counter. Neither of them acknowledged me at all and when they were done talking one walked away and the other turned around, walked to the other side of the cases and asked my husband if he needed help. My husband had to point to me and say "No, my wife needs help. She is buying a gun." I was insulted, to say the least. Really?! Just because I'm a women you don't pay any mind to me??? Will NEVER go there again AND I will dissuade anyone from going to Diamondback.

Diamondback Training Division

Course Cancellation Policy

All Diamondback Shooting Sports training courses have the following policy regarding course cancellations and/or the rescheduling of training courses to a later date:

  • If a student notifies us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of  the course they’re registered to attend, the student may cancel for a full refund of the course registration fee or the student may reschedule to an alternate available course date with no rescheduling fee.
  • If a student notifies us between 24 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the course they’re registered to attend, no refund will be issued but the student may reschedule the course to an alternate available course date by paying a $15 rescheduling fee.
  • If a student notifies us less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time for the registered course or fails to attend the registered course, no refund will be issued and the course may not be rescheduled without paying the full registration fee again.
