VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE.... UPDATE scroll to bottom.
It starts well at least. I had a nice experience purchasing a new firearm from David today. At least I believe his name was David, he was a large man. Either way he had amazing customer service and was extremely respectful and quite humorous, which was appreciated. However, my wife and sister in law had a negative experience. There was an employee, a man with glasses and grey facial hair that pushed my in law. She was standing in a isle entertaining our children whom were behaving themselves quite nicely I might add. He had zero manners and physically put a hand on her and moved her aside. I was greatly disappointed of the whole ordeal. Had I known of what happened I would NOT have made my purchase. I learned of what happened only after we left. They were both greatly disappointed with what happened. Sadly I may not be back for future purchases. Furthermore, I have read at least a review or two that have described the same person for the main reason of their dissatisfaction. I would have rated Diamond Back a solid 5 stars had it not been for the man in question. I would like to recommend Diamond Back to all of my friends and family. However, I cannot in good faith do so with my own family being treated in such a manner.
I received a call personally from the owner which included an invite back to Diamond Back. He wanted to extend a personal apology from both himself and the employee in question. Perhaps we may learn that the whole situation was a misunderstanding? I would like to think that is the case. I greatly appreciate the call and will be stopping back in next time I am in the area.
